Keep It Alive is a new kind of social media where all posts by default will expire after 24 hours unless kept alive by other users. Users can post once per day, and can only keep a certain post alive once.
Privacy plays a central role on Keep It Alive. Users can have different kinds of relationships with others (acquaintances, friends, romantic partners, family, professionals), and can choose what about them is shown to each group as well as who can send them messages, and so much more.
Keep It Alive also features a coin system where users can gain or lose coins depending on what they do in the app. These coins are not currency, but rather a point system used to rank users compared to each other. Applying to keep a post alive requires coins, just as leaving comments also requires coins. On the other hand, successfully keeping a post alive will reward the user coins. These coins cannot be bought, sold, or traded with others.
Keep It Alive is a new social media concept thats built on privacy and for the community.
